Hotels
On the IETF website you will find the list of hotels and the contact details of the Maastricht Booking Service which handles the reservations. The NH and Apart Hotel Randwyck are next to the MECC. The other hotels are in the city center, which is close (5 minutes by bike...) and also offers lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
If you take a look at this site and click on "Show on map" you will see where all the hotels are located.
